1. Delivery Policy

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
• A pickup option is available to customers in the LE, DE and NG postcodes where it would then me up to the customer to arrange collection from LE12 6PE.
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

2. Return Policy

• We do not accept returns for non-faulty products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you select your items carefully before purchasing.
• If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• To request an exchange for a faulty product, contact us at hello@smewebdesigns.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the faulty product.

3. Exchange Policy for Faulty Products

• In the case of a faulty or damaged product, we will happily exchange it for a product of equal value.
• Exchanges are processed once we receive sufficient evidence of the fault (e.g., photos) or the returned product, if requested.
• The replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for any products or services unless required by law.
• In the case of exceptional circumstances, such as an unavailable replacement for a faulty product, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
